Wow! Beach vacation this year was stormed by paparazzi! So many pictures and much excitement was had. This year, we went up to Cape Cod and the weather was awesome. Some events include bike riding, pirate ship riding, and jellyfish watching.

Between Colin's school ending and camp starting, we snuck in a trip back home. It included Gettysburg on the way up and Niagara Falls on the way back.

We got a visit from Marcelo and Douglas this weekend. The kids also hit the pool to relax a bit from the heat.

This weekend we intended to go camping. What really happened is that I set up the tent under a waterfall; at least it seemed like it. Heavy, heavy rain and thunder all night. Half an inch of rain from midnight to 5am. Crazy. Good thing our gear was waterproof and the tent was new.

Karen ran the Capitol Hill Classic 10k and we had Marty, Lena, and Andy over for dinner to celebrate Edgar's birthday.

Here are some snaps from my trip to Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The people were friendly, the food was delicious, the weather was nice, and the city was beautiful. What more can I ask for?

Oh Man, what an exciting weekend. This album starts with a few shots of Colin's new wound - got it at a birthday party with six year olds swinging mini-golf clubs. Then we jump to May day and a visit from the Volpe kids to have a sleep over and to watch the Kentucky Derby. Finally we finish in Philadelphia at the "Please Touch" museum where we rendezvous with Ellen as well as Patty, Dan and their kids. Overall good times.
